Last Blogpost..Gotta Get to Serious Organizing...About Time I Suppose.

Im actually really taking this whole organizing thing serious for once. Im going on blog hiatus. So I thought about what I would talk about here on my last post and I thought...fashion! haha. What I think is universally flattering for all women and gents of course..if you're into tights!

So this adorable friend of mine(always been adorable but especially adorable now)she wore this unbelievably perfect cute dress with black tights and I was like OMG how cute are you.haha. 

I LOVE the simple look of a cute mini dress and black tights. I feel like you can never go wrong with black tights...or indigo or pink. I also occasionally love gray. 

Not long ago I just got new leggins and a new pair of black tights and now Im like I need to wear the tights NOW.haha. I just LOVE when people put together the perfect outfit not to mention she's got the best haircut. My hair is an odd stage. Its not long not short but its dry and damaged on the ends. Im sporting a pretty cool ombre but if it weren't for good haircare, I wouldn't be able to comb it. Today Im almost wondering if I should go all natural and use my curl products. 

I can't wait for my hair to just grow out of this awkward phase. The haircut itself is good its just not long enough for me to feel like I can have it blowing in the wind.HAHA. Basically I've been washing it combing it then spraying some bohemian curl enhancing salt/beach sprays. 

Today's a really nice day so Im thinking about using all my curl products and spaying on some beach spray. Going to take off my nail polish and probably do a really red color or the beautiful taupe from Chanel. Those are my top contenders. If not my other choice is definitely the berry color from YSL. 

Well That Sucks.

So I try to do things to switch things up and today I thought I bought ingredients to the smoothie so why not. So there I was blending my usual: banana, blueberries, coconut water..(other ingredients are my preference).and the first mini serving I was done with and I decided to put the other half of the banana in when either I put the blending part in the wrong way or the motor burned out and it fused together.HAHA. womp womp womp. So no hope but I had the first batch where most of the blueberries were so no crying..but unfortunate! It was a mixer my mom got for Christmas and she didn't like it so HAHA good riddance I suppose...?

So I don't know if I updated but I did grab my conditioner. I ended up getting something completely different. I ended up purchasing something I sampled and adored. I was hesitant to spend the 30 plus bucks but I figured everyone was raving over it, it worked like magic and it smelled decent.
I cut my nails and repainted them this week. I painted them in Illamasqua's prettiest shade. The speckled lilac one. One of my all time favorites! Two coats and it lasts for almost a week!

Overjoyed!

Right as I was getting ready to do some more cleaning, I found out the mail came and I was so excited for my sub box! It did not fail me. It was A---MAZING! Real impressed. I feel like they're doing an above and beyond job like they were when I first got them. I like just about every item but maybe minus one. I also received the one missing item from this set I got today. Surprised it comes in a box and everything. Some companies do an above and beyond job with their large samples its crazy!

Im not complaning!HAHA

Im still waiting for the clouds to move in and see some raindrops. I don't want to go out and roast and be surrounded by bugs. I always joke I could never survive in the south. My one good friend lives there and she keeps saying I want to go back to Virginia..but everyone has a preference. Im whiny when it comes to bugs. I will literally annoy you until you do something about "that fly."

This summer has been extra hot BUT I really enjoy me some Charlie Puth on the radio! I think Im going to look back at this summer and be like aww Charlie Puth's voice. Its so heavenly. Its like a nice drink from starbucks haha. Soothes me. Im waiting for it to hit 330 see some rain and head off but...its 250 and still sunny. ugh. Better dab on a crapload of sunblock.

Next On List:Vitamin C Products

So I've been doing a lot of reading and I finally decided Im going to try this whole vitamin c thing. If they tell you its great for your skin and diet, who am I to say no.HAHA
So I still have the 2 items I scored a while back from Ole Henriksen(the cleansing gelee, and the vitamin c brightening serum) Im really interested to try the natura bisse stuff but I'll have to wait until I use up more products! I will be trying some manuka stuff this weekend! Excited!

Im actually cleansing with a vitamin c type oil and since the radical exfoliating pads are full of lemon and oranges and does wonder for my skin Im starting to get this whole vitamin c thing!

Exfoliating Pads=Heaven in a Twist Jar.

I might have to say I have found the best toner on earth! Its the radical skincare age defying exfoliating pads! I am so blown away by how clear my skin is right now! Long story short I washed my face, then used the exfoliating pad and my skin tingled. So at first I was worried but what do you know my skin was so nice and clear I finished my night off with some oil. 

My skin still looks good so Im thinking its an every other day kind of product. That way I won't waste it because its pricey. I am very interested in their other products now!

Im officially out of my favorite shampoo and conditioner so Im debating what will be my replacement product. Im kinda interested in the living proof line ever since I tried the targeted repair cream. The trc was so good I finally understood why living proof is so popular. I always thought their hair oil/serum was great but the trc is great for those of us with split ends and frizziness. 

I was fortunate enough to score a sample of the brand I wanted to try so I'll try that this weekend:D

I've heard nothing but great things about the brand and Im super excited. Aside from that Im getting ready to use a new tata harper item! YAY---my current favorite.

MMMHMMM...GIRL.

This weekend has been fabulous! Thinking about a couple things. I thought about the new eatery I found which my friend says we can go to! Exciting! Its so pretty and the food looks so delicious and its not too pricey. Looking forward to seeing the coffee shop I love. Ofcourse I get to try the other coffee shop I never went to the last time too!!I have checklist of what I have to eat/drink while Im there.HAHA. I love having plans. Why get bored when you can keep yourself busy? Planning is the key to happiness/staying busy!

I had a wonderful lunch! steak cooked with lemon and pepper, a side of rice.  Yesterday I was burning the sandalwood candle. I love woodsy scents!
Im back to using my favorite organic brand of haircare again and it smells so heavenly. Wished it were cheaper though! I just about know what brands work for my thick, curly color treated hair so I go back to what I know. Most of them are more pricey so occasionally I'll go back to Ogx products to tie me up. HAHA. My go to conditioner is just about gone but since I can't really get another tube, I'll use whatever I have left and mix and match. I really love the Ogx mint stuff. I don't think I would've given it any thought if I hadn't read about Nicole Richie's love for it. Apparently it was one of her favorites back in the day and I don't even think they carry it anymore but I have a little bit of the bottle left. It smells like heaven! It reminds me of the Rahua stuff...which I'm running out of too....Sad.
I have plans to invest in some cool products once I move so I gotta cut back where I can right?HAHA.
Its hard to downsize when you love skincare and haircare like I do. HAHA.

Alright...back to sipping on this decaf coffee and setting up my dinner so I can work out early because they're doing a movie I want to watch at 9! Happy July 4th.

Keanu Reeves.

I just want to say, John Wick was awesome. I just love Keanu Reeves. He's so handsome and mysterious. I loved him in Something's Gotta Give but I think John Wick was bada--
His beagle puppy just melted my heart. How sweet is that puppy. I could not believe those group of people beating on that poor puppy. If anything makes me angry its animal abuse.
I always tell people if I didn't eat poultry I would actually join PETA. I love what they believe in.

So now Im like crap I NEED a beagle puppy. Mind you I don't even like beagles. HAHA. I had a bad experience with one of the neighbors beagles years ago and it would literally try to maul my border collie. It would be so friendly to all of us...MINUS my dog. HAHA. I would be like "hey buddy" and it would be all friendly then see my dog and b line for my dog and I'd be like "nonononono----"
I think its one of those more people friendly dogs. All I know for sure is Im looking for a smaller dog. A female which I plan to name: Daisy or Chloe. I have another name option but that is still in debate...I've gone too long without a puppy and I long for one.HAHA.

Vegan Food.

Turns out I like some vegan choices. Never in a million years would I thought I try and end up loving some of their stuff. The older I get the more interested I am in the whole foods store.HAHA. I've been eating veggies every chance I have. Throwing in fruit, unsalted, unsweet snacks. I think Im finally back to enjoying being dairy free and sugar free. I've also given up bread for almost a month. Its so hard running away every time my family is eating bread. I have to literally get away from the table its so sad.

I love getting gluten and dairy free desserts! I think some people are just not meant to have so much of certain things. In my case: dairy, bread, sugar...Im not giving it up for good but I can go months and months without having any of those. Who would've thought! I feel like if someone puts something I want in my face I have a hard time saying no...knowing its no good for me.HAHA

Seriously though. vegan desserts...NOT BAD give it a try. I love it so much I had my dad try some and he was like this stuff is pretty good. I was like yeah its expensive but all natural!!

Today's plan: new Ren flash rinse 1 minute mask, new haircare, throwing out more stuff, putting specific things in simple boxes...organizing in general. Tomorrow Im getting a good drink-dairy free sugar free!
